When does my order ship?

Orders are shipped out within 48 hours of purchase. If it has been more then 14 days (30 days for international) and you haven't received your order please reach out via the chat or email and we will look into it for you. Please note that if you order an item that is on pre-order your order will not be shipped till all items are released.
Do you ship to EU and UK?

Yes! We have recently changed our shipping provider and this has given us the ability to ship internationally to all places - including the UK and the EU.
