Alluux and TORIPNG do not claim responsibility for packages lost by your local postal servicer. You should receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shipping label is printed. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of tracking updates on their items. It is the customer's responsibility to contact their postal servicer for lost package investigation. In the case that your package is returned to us, we will contact you via the email provided in your order information.
